:: If you have to cancel

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but you must inform Thomas in writing of this change prior to the event.

No penalty for cancellations received on or before February 21st 2004. For cancellations received between Feb 23 and March 15th there will be an administrative charge of 25%. For cancellation between March 15th and March 31st there will be an administrative charge of 50%. If you have to cancel after March 31st we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration.

:: Method of Payment

In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.

Only one discount to be used per purchase
